In a nutshell, what is the ViaCham?
ViaCham is an innovative pass that allows users to access a wide range of services offered by the community: public transport, regional trains (TER), parking, libraries, museums, and soon the Sports Centre and its many activities. Thanks to its digital format on a mobile application, it significantly simplifies the user experience by centralizing all services on a single platform.
What are the benefits for the citizens?
ViaCham significantly simplifies the user experience by centralizing all these services on a single platform. This project fully illustrates the implementation of a digital one-stop shop and the realization of the "Tell us once" principle.

What are the benefits for the community?
Local government employees see their efficiency increased thanks to streamlined procedures: supporting documents are only checked once for all departments.
