SAM'PASS au JT de 13h TF1 - Multipass Otipass

SAM'Pass in the spotlight on TF1 - An innovation serving citizens

The SAM'Pass, a single card giving access to all local services, was recently featured on the 1pm news on TF1. This innovative system aims to simplify the lives of citizens by facilitating access to municipal services.

An advanced technical solution

Behind the SAM'Pass is the Otipass MultiPass solution, your local authority's Citizen Pass, which makes this innovation possible. This technology enables centralised access to various municipal services, providing a fluid, simplified and unified user experience.

Services available with the SAM'Pass

The SAM'Pass gives you access to a wide range of local authority services:

  • Public transport
  • Media libraries
  • Swimming pools
  • Waste collection centres
  • Special rates at partner retailersTransports en commun

It centralises the various access cards for the agglomeration on a single medium, simplifying life for residents. It puts into practice the principle of ‘Tell us once’, which is so important to local authorities.

Until now, each service required a specific procedure and the repeated provision of the same supporting documents. From now on, citizens can apply online and upload their supporting documents only once.

A dedicated mobile application

The SAM'Pass is also available in a paperless version. Thanks to the mobile application, you can access services directly via your smartphone. Simply download the application, link your card to it and present the QR code displayed to access the services.

The application does more than simply dematerialise the pass:

  • It allows you to receive notifications of events in the conurbation.
  • It also provides access to practical information on all the services available.

 A successful collective project

The success of the SAM'Pass is based on close collaboration between several key players.
Many thanks to the TF1 Group for highlighting this initiative, and to Sète Agglopôle Méditerranée for their renewed confidence.
Congratulations to Mr Jean Marchand and all his teams on the success of this major project.

ECLA chooses OTIPASS MultiPass to roll out its multiservice card

Created on 1 January 2012, Espace Communautaire Lons Agglomération comprises 32 communes with a population of around 35,000. ECLA has decided to launch a multiservice card project to make life easier for citizens and facilitate access to public services using a single medium (card or mobile).
Initially, the target services will be media libraries, swimming pools, museums and public transport.
ECLA has chosen the OTIPASS MultiPass solution, which is already in use in the Lille, Montpellier and Sète agglomerations, confirming that this range of services meets the needs of areas of all sizes.
The Otipass MultiPass solution is a multiservice pass management solution in SaaS mode, comprising a back office for administering the system, a website for user registration and a mobile application for dematerialising passes.
The card will be compatible with the AFNOR AMC standard to ensure compliance with the regulation on the protection of personal data (RGPD).
ECLA has also decided to use the transport module offered by OTIPASS to manage access to school and intercity buses. This module will enable ECLA to respond quickly and cost-effectively to the region's request that the local authority take charge of registering pupils for school transport from next summer.

Philippe Rousselet, Chairman and founder of OTIPASS, commented: ‘This project consolidates our position as leader in the multiservice citizens’ pass market, thanks to our generic yet feature-rich offering.

It also demonstrates our willingness and ability to offer transport and mobility services to small and medium-sized local authorities’.
