The back office of the Citizen Multiservices platform is the interface dedicated to administrators. It allows business applications to be interconnected and, based on user profiles, determines which features can be used.

- User registration and enrollment for various services.
- Verification of supporting documents.
- Creation and modification of the dedicated website and mobile application.
- Creation and management of service packages associated with the card (key information on services including prices, validity period, etc.).
- Management of Pass validity dates.
Cancellation of Passes in the event of loss or theft.
- Interface with business software.
Sending emails and push notifications to users.
